Bronx Borough Office

The Bronx Borough Office serves 365 schools covering six geographic districts and provides a full range of education services to students in grade levels Pre-K to 12. For a map of our current schools, click here.

Vision Statement

The Bronx BCO’s vision is to work tirelessly to ensure every Bronx school provides a high quality education in a safe and nurturing environment that acknowledges the unique needs of each student, school and community. We will do this by supporting the development of communities that believe in each student’s unlimited potential, affirm their racial and cultural identities, and challenge them with rigorous and relevant curricula.

Mission Statement

The Bronx BCO’s mission is to improve student achievement and eliminate opportunity gaps by working collaboratively with superintendents to provide targeted, comprehensive instructional and operational support for all Bronx schools.
